Patsy Duncan, Owner/Operator of Fungus-A-Mungus graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a B.A. in Economics in 1988 and has worked in the insurance and professional restoration/remediation industry since graduating from college.  She has a vast amount of experience with mold remediation project management which includes assessment of mold contaminated properties and designing remediation plans.  She is knowledgeable in industry standards as it pertains to mold protocols and procedures.  She is a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) and a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) awarded by the American Indoor Air Quality Council (www.iaqcouncil.org).

Patsy is an affiliate member of the St. Louis Board of Realtors, an affiliate member of the St. Charles County Association of Realtors, a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and a member of the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA).

Patsy is sensitive to the needs of consumers who find they have a complicated mold remediation situation.  She will use her ability to empathize with customers to make their mold remediation experience as pleasant as possible by providing user-friendly reports that are easy to understand.
