Patsy Duncan, Owner/Operator of Fungus-A-Mungus (pronounced Fungus Amoung Us) graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a B.A. in Economics in 1988 and has worked in the insurance and professional restoration/remediation industry since graduating from college. She has a vast amount of experience with mold remediation project management which includes assessment of mold contaminated properties and designing remediation plans. She is knowledgeable in industry standards as it pertains to mold protocols and procedures. She is a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) and a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) awarded by the American Council for Accredited Certification (www.acac.org).

Patsy is an affiliate member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, an affiliate member of the St. Charles County Association of Realtors, an affiliate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors – St. Louis Chapter, a member of the American Council for Accredited Certification (www.acac.org) formerly American Indoor Air Quality Council and a member of the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA). She is also a corporate member of the Indoor Air Quality Association.

Patsy is sensitive to the needs of consumers who find they have a complicated mold remediation situation. She will use her ability to empathize with customers to make their mold remediation experience as pleasant as possible by providing user-friendly reports that are easy to understand.
